Γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε στη Μυτιλήνη σε ένα σπίτι γεμάτο μαγειρικές και κόσμο. Εργάστηκε για μία δεκαετία στον τομέα του τουρισμού στο κομμάτι των τουριστικών πρακτορείων και του incoming , τον οποίο θεωρεί την υπερδύναμη της ελληνικής οικονομίας, και στη συνέχεια στράφηκε στον τομέα της ελληνικής γαστρονομίας την έταιρη υπερδύναμη. Πάντρεψε την αγάπη της για την μαγειρική και τη φωτογραφία δημιουργώντας ένα προσωπικό foodblog τον “Τζετζερέ” και εργάζεται στη Μυτιληνιά εταιρεία παραγωγής τροφίμων.

Μέσα από την ερευνα στην τοπική κουζίνα θέλει να περάσει στην καθημερινότητα όλων τον γαστρονομικό θησαυρό της πάμφθηνης cucina povera του βορειανατολικού Αιγαίου.

Αγαπά τα DIY project και τα ταξίδια σε γαστρονομικούς προορισμούς και οργανώνει foodbazar με σκοπό πάντα την κοινωνική προσφορά και τον εθελοντισμό.

Born and raised in Mytilene Lesvos Greece in a house full of cooking and sharing. She worked for a decade in the tourism sector in the track of travel agencies and incoming, which she considers the superpower of the Greek economy, and then turned into the Greek gastronomy sector the other Greek economy superpower. She combined her love for cooking and photography creating a personal foodblog called “Tzetzeres”. She also works in a local food company.

Through research in local cuisine she wants to initiate everyone in the gastronomic treasure of the cucina povera of the Northeast Aegean.

She loves DIY projects and traveling to gastronomic destinations. She organizes foodbazars always considering the social contribution and the power of volunteering for the social good.
